Hello Everyone!
So it's been a really long time since I've posted a blog about anything. My husband and I just finished moving into a new place, which we have grown to love. So now we are all settled in life is calming down again.
I recently just finished reading the book At First Sight by Nicholas Sparks. I have to admit I did something silly. I didn't realize it was the 2nd book. I didn't read the prequel "True Believer" which would have made this book a little less difficult to understand at the beginning. Nicholas Sparks does a good job describing the story of the first book in the second book, so I don't feel I missed anything.
I personally loved this book. It took me on a ride I didn't expect it to. The main characters names are Jeremy and Lexie Marsh. In the first quarter of the book they faced some big bumps in their relationship, mainly due to communication failures on both of their parts. Once they sort that out they happily get married and move into a nice new house that took a lot of money and hard work to get. Jeremy is a writer for a newspaper column and spends most of the book with writers block. Lexie supports his writing the whole way. Oh and by the way the whole time she is pregnant with their baby girl. They experience complications in the pregnancy, but I'm not revealing how it turns out. To summarize, it was an amazing book, one that actually made me tear up at the end. Thank you Nicholas Sparks. I would suggest it to almost anyone, if romantic tragedies are your thing:)
On other news life has been great. Today is the first time in a long time that I have actually sat down and watched a full movie without distraction. I enjoy being a housewife these days. Well I hope everyone enjoys:)
